IMentorshipOne to One
Every player is paired with a senior fellow for the duration of the cycle. Weekly private sessions, daily film, and a personal ledger that follows them after graduation.
A premium monthly football development experience — built around elite training, professionalism, discipline, confidence, exposure, and complete player growth. Black is power. Gold is legacy.
"Our goal as coaches is to find better players than you.
Your goal is to make sure we never do."
Elite Noir XXV is the senior chapter of the Elite Kickers lineage — built in Addis Ababa for players who already carry the gold inside them.
There are no scouts at our gates. No open trials. No mass enrolment. Fifty seats across two grades. One cycle. Twelve months under a single roof of obsidian and brass — where the ball is taught as language, and silence as discipline.
We are based at the Imperial Sporting Quarter beside the National Palace grounds. Our pitch is private. Our hours are early. Our methods belong to no federation but the one written on our crest. Players arrive as recommendations and leave as references.
Elite Noir XXV operates as the invitation-only elite counterpart to Elite Kickers Academy — our sister programme, where every Noir candidate begins.
A twelve-month curriculum drafted around the player — not the league. Every chapter taught in residence, by a fellow of the house.

IINutritionThree meals composed by a resident kitchen. Highland grains, fresh injera, lean game. No supplements, no shortcuts — only what the body asks for that day.
IIIMentalTwo hours each evening for stillness, reading, and review. Performance psychology, breath, and the art of staying small inside a loud moment.
IVPathwayDirect counsel with European, Gulf, and African club networks. We do not promise contracts — we teach the player to be the kind of name a contract finds.
VPhysicalStrength, mobility, recovery. Highland-altitude conditioning paired with daily ice, sauna, and physiotherapy. Bodies built to last, not just to peak.
VIAcademicMornings are footballers, afternoons are students. Accredited tutoring in English, mathematics, finance, and the history of the game. We graduate a person.
European-inspired methodology, a closed elite environment, and a professional culture most young players never get to stand inside.
01Training models drawn from elite continental academies — periodised, position-specific, and built around the modern professional game.
02A small, closed cohort. No mass enrolment, no open trials — only serious players held to a professional standard every single day.
03Licensed coaches and specialists who treat youth development with the rigour of a first-team setup. Standards, not shortcuts.
04Performance psychology, leadership, and composure under pressure — the inner game that separates talented players from elite ones.
Every player is measured, filmed, and reviewed. Progress is documented across the cycle and shared transparently with the family.
06Guided fuelling, sleep, and recovery protocols. We build bodies that last a career, not just a season.
Elite Noir XXV is not a one-off camp. It is a premium monthly membership — an intensive, high-performance environment you step into and grow within, cycle after cycle.
How it works
A rolling monthly commitment — secure your place, train through the cycle, and renew to keep climbing.
Two high-performance technical, tactical, and physical sessions each week, capped at a small group size.
Monthly performance reviews, footage, and a personal progress record shared with your family.
International tournaments, competitive exposure, and trial pathways to academies abroad — doors to many possible futures.

A single uniform. Issued upon induction, retired upon graduation. No edition is repeated.
The Uniform
The full Elite Noir XXV match kit — jersey, shorts, socks and boots in obsidian and gold. Crowned lion crest, the No. 25, and “Built Different.” on the back. Issued at induction, numbered to its bearer.
Two grades. Fifty total. Once a grade closes, the next intake opens in twelve months.
Our pitch sits within the Imperial Sporting Quarter — a private, gated complex bordering the National Palace of Addis Ababa. Morning fog over the highland turf, dusk under brass floodlights.
